沙盤模擬概覽 / Overview

各層級的管理人員需要更好的了解企業(yè)的運營，人力，財務等資源的有效使用。有項目、人員及預算決策權(quán)的人員必須了解財務和企業(yè)運營，即商業(yè)敏銳度。實戰(zhàn)模擬環(huán)節(jié)，學員在仿真的情境下扮演新上任的首席執(zhí)行官，在模擬的環(huán)境中經(jīng)營企業(yè)，努力提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)營業(yè)績、提升市場份額。

Managers at all levels need to better understand the operations, manpower, finance and other resources of the enterprise. People with project, people, and budget decisions must understand finance and business operations, i.e. business acumen. In the practical simulation session, the trainees play the role of the newly appointed CEO in the simulated situation, run the enterprise in the simulated environment, and strive to improve the business performance and market share of the enterprise.
